The Georgia Electronic Design Center (GEDC) operates a set of industry-focused testbeds to develop and evaluate technologies that will provide the foundation for tomorrow's advanced communications systems. These testbeds allow industry and academic researchers to collaborate on solutions for making the most efficient use of the wireless spectrum, advancing optical interconnect technology, addressing cost and performance challenges, and moving ubiquitous wireless networking closer to reality.
